  • During peak periods or collection launches, processing may take up to 3–5 business days.

You will receive an order confirmation email followed by a shipping notification once your item has been dispatched.


2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times

We currently offer domestic and international shipping via trusted courier services.

For orders placed outside the UK:

  • Customs processing may delay delivery; unfortunately, this is beyond our control.
