Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Only products purchased directly from https://www.mysklondon.com are eligible for return.xc
If your item qualifies, please email us at support@mysklondon.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We quality check every order with care, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.

Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, back to your original method of payment.
