At MYSK London, your satisfaction is at the heart of everything we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll do our best to make it so. This policy outlines our approach to returns and exchanges for online purchases.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • The return is requested within 14 days of delivery.

  • The product was purchased directly from www.mysklondon.com.

❗ For hygiene and safety reasons, perfumes, oils, and candles that have been opened or used are non-returnable.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Items that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery

  • Products marked as final sale or purchased using a discount code (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

  • Sample products


3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at returns@mysklondon.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).

  2. Once approved, we will send you the return shipping details.

  3. Securely package the item and return it within 7 days of approval.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or defective.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during shipping

  • Incorrectly sent

If this applies, please contact us at returns@mysklondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or provide a store credit based on your preference.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrived damaged or faulty:

  • Email returns@mysklondon.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

  • We’ll resolve it promptly with either a replacement, refund, or credit—whichever suits you best.


7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account or credit card statement again.

  • Then, contact your bank—it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  • If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at returns@mysklondon.com.
